flowers and hummingbirds

There is a local quilt shop that opened up here. When I went to get fabric for the back of my physics aka string theory quilt I saw these cute little wool blocks of the month that you put together and when done have a wall hanging. I saw the flower which was the third one so I bought that, and the hummingbird was the second one and I got that.

I still have to put the fabric back on the back of the wool square.  I went back to get the third one and my daughter bought it for me for Mothers Day. She also took a picture of the wall hanging so I have something to go by to put it all together.  What fun.  I still have to add feet on the hummingbird, and I did change it a bit. Now if i only keep from loosing these in the house before they are done......
