I made this quilt for young woman who always admires my work. Its for her 16th birthday and she likes cherries, pink and green. I used the Moda Oh Cherry Oh jelly roll and did a basic strip quilt with ditch stiching. Nothing fancy.

Now I just need the batting and backing and then figure out how to quilt it. I would send it to Bethany, my neice, who does Machine quilting, but I' m embarrassed because she is really talented and my quilt top is very flawed. Its only the fifth one I have done and its pretty but truly a beginners quilt.
I am working on another top which I m going to be real careful when I do it so I can send it to Bethany to have it quilted. Take a look at her work here http://bethanyquilts.blogspot.com/2009/09/blog-post.html and you will see why I am reluctant to send my very beginners quilt to her.
